Jellystone Park Grayling

The campground is nice overall. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained. There’s plenty of fun activities for the kids. We really enjoyed the tie dyeing, the jumping pillow/big playground, gem mining, waking up/bedtime with the bears, and the cartoons at night. There are free activities but it can get pricey if you do every activity or have multiple kids. $10 per person for visiting is expensive, per car would be more reasonable. The glow dance Saturday night was AWESOME! That was the highlight of the trip for me!

The overall experience was a good one . They have a huge itinerary for the kids , a pool , and a few play areas . The downside here is it's outrageously priced and they expect you to buy everything from their on-site store which is also overpriced. All the guest were very friendly and even helpful when my daughter lost her phone . It's definitely worth the experience for the kids but it's something you definitely need to plan for and set aside a good chunk of change .

I grew up here since 1995. I am now 33 yrs old and am able to come back with my husband and two kids. Our kids had an amazing time! Love everything that has been added as it's been some years since I've been back. I love the up north feel, yet the kids have plenty to do!! All ages as well. There's the bike trail for kids, same one since I was a kid. The same awesome theatre for Yogi movies!! Still has slushies and arcade games! An awesome pool, basketball court, plenty of playgrounds around the park, and put put golf top! I didn't mention the crazy pillow trampoline too! Have to go for families and adults to enjoy!!

I guess I should have left a written review. 😅 In terms of the experience, it was a great time. The service was friendly and prompt, there were plenty of great activities for the kids, the campsites and bathrooms were well maintained, and camping here is reasonably priced. It is more of a 4.5. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is based on personal preference. I prefer camping in areas that are a little more secluded, less neighbors. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Jellystone for a family camping trip.

Planned a 3 night stay in one of their campers. Upon arrival, the site was no up to par. After speaking with the new owner about the issues with the camper we rented, he quickly resolved them and actually listened to my concerns and corrected them. 4 stars due to losing a day of camping due to the lack of cleaning. Overall, I'd certainly rent a cabin again and really appreciate the time and care put into resolving our issues but the new owner.

First season camping under the new ownership. The glow hay ride is a nice addition. Pool, jump pillows, volleyball, etc. are still available and appreciated. A lot of other changes lead to a less dynamic and fun atmosphere than in the past though. Very few announcements & the ones they do are not very loud, no Yogi song, we only ever saw Yogi & Boo Boo at the glow dance, glow dance was not very fun & Yogi & Ranger basically just stood around at the dance. Great ideas for some of the events but the ones we attended were a bit disorganized. A lot of staff members are very young & mostly inexperienced so I’m sure professional growth will come in time. Seasonal worker campsites could use some organization & following of the same rules set for campers. Cost has increased about $25 a night overall from last year (some increase was to be expected). Hopefully things improve each season & the new owners have success.
